Position: Senior After Sales & Service Coordinator
Department: Service & Customer Support
Location: As Per Company Requirement
Reporting To: Service Manager / General Manager
Job Summary:
The Senior After Sales & Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer service operations, coordinating service activities, handling customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of service issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all after-sales service activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Plan and schedule service engineers for site visits and maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer complaints.
- Maintain service records, reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and dispatch departments for service-related requirements.
- Prepare AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) proposals and service quotations.
- Follow up with customers regarding service feedback and satisfaction.
- Monitor warranty claims and service-related documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management.
- Support spare parts planning and coordination with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in After Sales Service Coordination, preferably in Pump, Motor, or Industrial Equipment Industry.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and service management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities efficiently.
